? Here is a data collected in the areas of waterfalls around Courtalam in Thirunelvelly District Tamilnadu In the season period - from june to September every year for nearly 100days these are the materials dumbed by tourists in the above area
1) Polythene bags - nearly5000 bags /day for 100days-5lakhs nos
2)Empty shampoo and oil pockets- 10000/day means --10lakhs nos
3)Detergent waste and soap - 100Kg/day Means- 10000Kg
4)Other wastes eatables etc - 1000kg/day means 10000 0 Kg
Just thing of it what is the remedy to save the mother nature ? Just we can avoid polythene bags It will alone save 50 % pollution Shall we think abut it?
